1 hour test QUESTIONS - my appt is in a week

Soo I’ve been reading up on things about PCOS and pregnancy. Does having PCOS affect the sugar test? I’ve been taking Metformin for a little over a year. During this pregnancy I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds and I dont eat much, once in the morning and once in late afternoon then I’m done. Is that a good thing that I’m losing weight? The doctor hasn’t been saying nothing about my weight lost because i was 225 when i first found out. Reading on what can happen during your pregnancy or during labor really got my anxiety through the roof and im terrified ! 😪 Have anyone else been through this?
