What would you call this?

I have an uncle (dads side)on Facebook, who lives in the same city as I do. I never really got the pleasure to interact much with him, but my husband knew him before we got married. Anyways, after a ton of hard work we were finally able to rent a house for our growing family. We invited him,his wife and their family to have a cookout and while I was in the kitchen I overheard my uncle trying to convince my husband to pass the house onto them, and his wife said “you guys can rent an apartment. You don’t need this house” my first reaction was like wtf? It made me mad but I continued on and my husband told them no. A few weeks later we adopted a gorgeous german shepherd puppy. I posted a picture of him and our toddler on Facebook and 10 minutes later, I got a notification from a buy sell group that my “friend” (uncle) had made a post. I saw the post and it was him asking if anyone had a puppy to sell. I just thought it was weird. Well this weekend my cousin (moms side) drove 3 hours to come see us and hang out. She spent the night and left the next day but she posted that it was nice seeing us and etc. A half hour later my uncle messaged my husband asking why we didn’t invite him to hang out with us etc
