Could I be pregnant? Could it be a sign?

I took a nap, I was having a dream that I was pregnant I was a week or to a month pregnant in my dream. I had sex with my man today 3 or 4 times today. Just today, after I had sex around 3:40 pm was my last time I had made love to my man. I’ve been spotting pinkish/brownish right after I had sex I don’t know what that means. I found out i had my first MC on July 26 by 8/4/18 I no longer felt pregnant and saw this big blood clot. I think god is giving me a sign that I could be pregnant again. I’m hoping I am, hoping this one sticks. I hope that the baby bring mine and my husband family close together again.
