In Pain

So my periods have started being regular for about 6 months now and my cramps are extreme. I threw up today from the pain and screamed and cried. It’s getting worse every month. My bleeding is heavy each period too. The pain is something that becomes so unbearable I feel like I could rip my hair out. Any advice ? I started my period this morning and I’m miserable. I have been told I have excessive amounts of cysts on my ovaries and fibroids but every period seems to become worse pain and I can’t handle it anymore
