Sore Throat & Breastfeeding

I’ve had a sore throat now for probably 3 weeks. No cough or any other symptoms so I really don’t think I’m (getting) sick, but it doesn’t seem to be getting better. Hot drinks only help temporarily while I’m drinking them. I drink plenty of water. I’m also one of those people whose gag reflex won’t let them swallow a pill without it coming back up immediately.

Any suggestions???
