Help?

Okay so my partner and I had been trying for 6 years and ended up going through ivf, I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy and had my tube removed (no injection) had two months of blood tests every week to make sure my levels are down two weeks ago came back as 0 ovulated not long after and 4 days ago I had a bloody brown spot on the toilet paper my af was due three days ago and I still don’t have it.

I took a test this morning seen that it was negative I went to bed woke up 2 hours later and checked it as I was throwing it out and looked like a faint positive could this still be a very faint positive or just false hope?
