Help?

Question

I had bleeding (only 1 day of heavy the rest were medium/light or spotting) from the 10th - 15th september. I’ve been feeling really sick/dizzy, pains in boobs and weird feeling in stomach and had a test left over so thought I’d take it and this is the result 
How is this possible when I only stopped bleeding 3 days ago? Anyone had similar?

I bleed for 3 days 14-17 September first day was heavy the other two was light/spotting had little blood clots. I’m really nauseous my stomach feels weird boobs are sore a lot of back pain and every time after peeing my stomach has this pulling/ heavy feeling and I’m peeing frequently. I took a test yesterday and it was negative ????? Any ideas

Did you have blood clots when you were bleeding? Only asking because I have bleeding for 3 days too and it was heavy the light the next too. My boob still hurt and I haven't been feeling well at all.
