Constant uti's

Okay so I'm prone to uti's.. After I had my son tho I didn't have one for 2 years and back in June I had my first one since having him and now ive had 2 more since then (just got meds yesterday for another one).. I'm wondering what else besides peeing after sex and wiping from front to back can I do? Anyone take any meds that have helped keep them away? Do azo cranberry vitamins work? Any help is greatly appreciated.. I can't afford a doctor so I have to go to the clinic thats connected to the hospital and get billed later and I have medical bills out the ying yang.. Please ladies I need something.. Thank you!
