Implantation

Hey guys I need your answers. So over the weekend of September 15,2018, I went to the bathroom to pee. When I went to wipe I saw like light pink blood. I was annoyed because I just had my period 2 weeks ago. So, I decided to put on a tampon. When I went to put on my tampon the tampon tube had like light pink mucus. So, I decided to put on panty liners. I was cramping but minor cramps. 30-40 mins later it stopped like if nothing ever happened. Is that normal? Should I be worried???
