Yoga after ivf/ fet transfer
I heard we need to make sure the blood is moving without being too active basically. Do you think some yoga poses are safe? (The easy poses... I’m not trying to break a leg or sweat! Just enough to help with blood circulation!!)
Any fet success stories I’d appreciate. Round 3 FET.
