Positive tes in dream!

So last week I went to the clinic due to having cramps for two days straight. Doctor told me if it doesn’t go away after three days it’s most likely a cyst on my ovaries but it didn’t last longer then 3 days the doctor said it could of also been implantation cramping. So when I got home I searched up information about implantation bleeding and how it happens for three days 8-12 days after you ovulated. Me losing hope since it’s been a year and a half and still not pregnant I doubt I am. And I don’t get my hopes up anymore (I’m also taking materna to help get my body ready for pregnancy) anyways... last night I had a dream that I took a test and it came back positive have any of you experienced something similar and ended up pregnant?!
