Such a very strange question but I use a period cup. Never thought much of it but I have a large one that holds 32ml on my second and third day I have to change it every 4-5 hours out it will completely overflow. Didn’t think it was anything crazy until I read that normal woman bleed 40-60mls... I’m pretty sure I bled well over 200mls if not 300🤷🏻‍♀️ other than bad cramps I feel okay though so should I be concerned?
