1 day late and having white/creamy stretchy discharge

I am 1 day late & have been having on and off mild cramps for 5 days but still no sign of AF. I have also had sore nipples since Sun 9th Sep. I have just been to the loo & noticed I have some white/creamy stretchy discharge & it is also very watery up there (Sorry TMI). I haven’t tested yet as want to see if AF shows today but going on holiday tomorrow so will have to test in the morning but I just wondered whether this is a good sign of early pregnancy? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
