This may be a stupid question

This maybe a very stupid question but someone really scared me at work I showed them my ultrasound picture and they said oh man that’s a lot of fluid now I’m really worried. My doctor said everything looked great and didn’t even mention me having too much fluid. This maybe the reason I’m already Showing at 8 week and 6 days but this ultrasound is 7 weeks and 1 day. All my blood work was great and they haven’t said anything too me. Now should I be worried what my friend said or should I just blow it off
