false positives?

heeeelp!

ive recently been asked by the doctor to do a pregnancy test, due to them thinking i could be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy. i came off the depo injection after being on it for 7 years, so my periods are really hard to track. i stopped the depo in may and have had one period in july, which was spotting for two days. the doctor calculated i should be 7 weeks pregnant, as i went in with a faint positive test. i then followed it up by doing a test at the doctors which came back negative and she told me im not pregnant. im confused and frustrated as my boobs are huge, sore and feel like they’re going to explode, and my belly is getting bigger by the day and my tummy is solid, to which my mum has pointed out to me earlier today, i look pregnant. i have done another test moments ago, to which i could see a faint line, but trying to take a photo of it is impossible😔😔 i feel lost and fed up.
