Moving in a week- tips?

We will start moving into our new place in a week from today. My husband is out of town till that day, so I’m packing by myself. Any tips to make this go by faster/how to stay organized? do you prefer to clean first or pack first?

We’re just moving 10 minutes away so I’m not particularly concerned about things being perfect.

(Sort of related, I’ll be 19 and a half weeks pregnant when we start moving next week; how much can I help with? How much can I lift? I don’t think we’ll be able to find anyone to help us...)
