Advice please!

So I’ve posted on here before about my miscarriage. We lost our baby at 6 weeks on June 20th. I’ve only had one normal cycle since and it was perfectly normal not too heavy not light. (That was Aug 6-12) my projected period for sept was the 10th. So far no period. And EIGHT neg test. Currently on cycle day 45. I’ve always had a longer cycle but always right around 33-35 days. Not 45! My question is if you had a miscarriage did you notice your second period after being weird or off?

I have a dr apt tomorrow and blood work being done today. I just want to know what’s going on. I want our rainbow baby so so bad

Test was yesterday morning
