Only yolk sac 6w 3d. Too early or is something wrong??

So today I went to my first ultrasound for this pregnancy (I have 1 healthy 17 month old and have had three losses) By my period I should be 6 weeks and 3 days. They did a vaginal ultrasound and all we saw was the yolk sac. They also said that they saw some bleeding on the outside of the sac. I haven’t had any spotting though. They said it could either be too early to see the baby or I could be miscarrying again. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m just completely beside myself right now.

I go back to the dr on Wednesday. I’m also getting quants taken up until then to give us a better idea.
