I had a shortish luteal phase 9-10 days. Never got my progesterone levels checked, although suspected they might be low. Started taking vit b6 and my luteal phase extended to 12-14 days and I conceived.

Could mean a deficiency in progesterone, I would get a day 21 blood draw and get your numbers

You seem to have a short luteal phase.   That needs to be addressed by your doctor.  Will probably need progesterone.   If you have had trouble conceiving this could be the root of it.
