My first trimester eating habits 😪
I’m curious to know how everyone else is eating during their first trimester. I was a health nut before pregnancy but now I can’t stand healthy foods. I want fries, cocoa pebbles, pizza rolls.. and the list goes on! I can’t even eat scrambled eggs?? Like seriously everything that has nutritional value makes me either throw up or wanna throw up. Also I’ve been living on apple juice as a drink because water seems to have some sort of weird aftertaste for me 🤢 is there any other mommies out there who has eaten junk throughout their first trimester? I feel so bad but it’s all my body seems to want, but I’ll be trying to eat healthy during my second trimester!!
