I Have No Idea What Is Going On

So my husband and I decided to start trying to Baby #2 back in June. I had my Nexplanon implant removed the second week of July. After waiting the recommended week by my OB/GYN, my husband and I have been going at it about two or three times a week since then. It’s currently the 19th of September. I haven’t had a period or any sort of spotting and all my tests have come up negative. I’ve tried different brands and been to all sorts of clinics and still nothing. Can anyone help?
