Anyone struggling with SPD or PGP?!

Wondering if it would be acceptable to ice or heat my groin at this point 🤦🏼‍♀️

I read somewhere that using heat is okay, it’s just your body temp that shouldn’t get too high. I asked my midwife about some pains in my lower abdomen that I was getting the other day which felt like stitches and she said I could use heat. I already use heat for my back pain x
