I just started a 30-day abs and squats challenge today. I also plan to do 30 minutes of cardio a day - 10 minutes brisk walking, then the squats challenge, 10 minutes cycling, then the abs challenge, 10 minutes stepmill. I've already got the healthy eating habits established for the most part.
