When to have a baby shower?

How many months before your due is it normal to have a baby shower 🙈💕👶🏼

I’m having mine at 26 weeks along! That way it gives me time to set everything up, see what I have and what I’ll need more of and to just be prepared. I don’t want to be really pregnant and out of energy and having to plan a baby shower and then unpack everything! A lot of people have it 30+ weeks but it all depends on what YOU want. Realistically you can do it whenever as long as you know the gender and what not! I’m completely satisfied getting it out of the way now, that way I won’t be rushed to get everything situated.

About two months before. I am doing about a month and a half beforehand since 2 months before is basically Christmas. I plan on a very small baby shower so, I’m doing a bit of gear shopping now to avoid being overwhelmed or caught off guard if baby girl shows up early.

We had ours at 32 weeks and I ended up having her at 38 weeks exactly. Gave us time to wash clothes, put stuff away and figure out what else I needed in case I didn’t have everything after the shower. Also, towards the end i was miserable and probably would have hated doing a party

Having mine oct 20th due November 29th so a little over a month if I remember right it was the same with my first also

I’ll be having mine at 32 weeks! It’s not to soon but still gives me plenty of time to wash clothes, set up nursery, etc.. (we are also in the process of moving)
