Yup. Dragged by my hair, choked, punched, had a dresser drawer full of clothing thrown at me, he would break my phone and all of my things, slam my head into things, push me into walls and down stairs. 
I'm actually still with him. All of the things he did happened about 3 years into our relationship, we had a child, I was finally able to push him to get help, and now 7 years later he is a giant softy and a great dad. He did a complete 180 and turned himself around

Not by my husband but by an ex and you best believe I booked it the hell out of there. If they do it once, they’ll do again. I made so many excuses for my ex and stayed only for him to prove he didn’t change as promised. Counseling, meds, nothing could change him.
