Help!!!!! Questions on heavy implantation bleeding

Okay so I just want to know if anyone has had “heavy implantation bleeding?” I’m currently trying/wanting to get pregnant and I’ve had some basic symptoms. But I started bleeding about 3 days after I was supposed to get my period. It’s not the heaviest bleeding but (may be a tmi) if I was to leave one pantie liner on all day I would possibly bleed through. I don’t know, I just want to know if heavy implantation bleeding is a thing or if I just got my period a few days late.
