Stories/advice from ladies with experience of clomid???

I had an ‘appointment’ today with my hospital, they haven’t moved anything forward because they forgot to tell me i needed to bring partners sperm analysis results. They said if they come back normal (they have) then i will be put on clomid for 6 cycles and if theres no joy my only option is ivf 😭 I just can’t believe all I have is two options and I feel like this is the beginning of the end I desperately need some real advice and stories from ladies in a similar situation 🙏🏼
