How much do you pump?

Hi ladies! I just returned to work and I’m moving from EBF to Bf and pumping. I’m trying not to stress about how much I’m pumping but I’m stressing. 
So I just want to know, how much did you pump daily when you returned to work?
My daughter is currently3 months. :)

This is my second baby and I pumped with my first as well. I've been back at work for about a month and my body has adjusted pretty well. I pump before I go to work (12 hour shift) and then I pump every 5 hours (2x per shift) for about 10-15 minutes. I usually get 4-6 ounces in that time frame. My body has adjusted to that schedule. I pump 4x/day and get about 24-26 ounces per day.

When I first went back, I pumped 3 times a day at work because my daughter was a frequent eater and I didn't want to mess up my supply. Then I transitioned to 2 times at work after a few weeks.

I would definitely start pumping and try to get a head start on your stash. My baby was 7 weeks when I returned and I only pumped 14 ounces during a 12 hour shift. That is about how much my baby ate while I was gone though
