I have a question and it might seem confusing but I can’t seem to figure out how this works.

I took Prometrium on the 22nd of last month to induce a period. I ended up having my period on the 3rd of this month.

My question is, Do I start taking the pill again on the 22nd or on the 3rd? The reason I ask is because I know some women probably ovulate later in their cycle so if I take the pill on the 22nd I won’t really know since once you take the pill it stops ovulation all together. Or should I wait and see if I get one on my own and if I don’t by the 5th of next month start taking it again? I have been testing for ovulation super early. CD/6 and on CD/10 I thought I ovulated but the test was a few hairs from being positive and the test I took after was a complete negative. I told myself to start temping but I always forget and I don’t wake up at the same time every morning. I might try OvuSense soon. I’m also going to include a photo of my tests which I only had what was in the photo with me. I hope this wasn’t too much!
