I’m worried

I’m 7 weeks 5 days and I had brown discharge I’ve been having a lot of white discharge and some back pain and cramps even though the cramps and back pain haven’t really gotten worse it’s mostly just uncomfortable and turns out to be either pee,constipation,diarrhea, just gas, or being sick to my stomach but should I be worried? It’s definitely the consistency of discharge and not bleeding like a period but this is my first pregnancy so everything is freaking me out
