Dieting while TTC?

I want to lose a few pounds before I become pregnant. Is it ok to diet while you’re trying to conceive? As long as you don’t do anything crazy?

Im trying to drop some pounds too. I started working out in March and kept it consistent until July. We took a trip and I came back sick so I didnt pick up exercising again until last week! Sigh.. Back to square one. I do hope it helps ttc!
