Breastfeeding and COQ10??

Does anyone have any insight about taking COQ10 while breastfeeding? I have a doctor appt early October and will ask her then (although I doubt she will have any insight for me). I was taking it for egg health when I got pregnant with my son (after trying for almost 3 years) and I would like to start trying for #2 now that my period has recently returned. My son is 11 months old. I have also reached out to the local LLL lactation consultant but haven’t heard back yet as well.
