I want to lose weight!!! Tips!
So I'm 20 years old and I just gave birth to my second child 3 weeks ago.... I'm 5'2" and about 160 lbs (my BMI is 29.3, I'm overweight)
Where do I start? First step is to give up cereal and soda, but what else!? Blah, this is terrible! I used to be so thin, now life has taken over. I feel so ugly.
