Should i be Worried ?

My last period ended on the 9th, todays the 18th and I’m spotting again! Should i be worried ? 🤔

See here’s my short story, i started my mensuration at the age of 9, i was always irregular until the Age Of 14 my mother was Just concerned about it not controlling itself so she decided to put me on birth control (on the pill) cause according to the doctor that was the only thing recommended even though i wasn’t Having sex intercourse with anyone. I took it for about a year and i decided to stop now i am 25 but Last year in January i had a lady to give me a hand and help me see if there was something wrong with my body. So basically all she did was sobarme” not sure how to say it in English ... Any who my right ovary was out of place she pushed it up & it worked.. i started getting my period monthly. March i went again and everything was good,since then I’ve had my periods month after month sometimes late but always had one . My last one lasted about 10 days according to light spotting the first few days but it just ended on the 9th, todays the 18th & I’m spotting again a little heavier like if my period is going to start right away & not take days to actually start

Are you on any form of birth control? If not, if the spotting persists longer than 4 days I would take a pregnancy test to be sure.
