Pre-Seed?

I’ve heard of Pre-Seed and I’ve heard of something called Pregnitude. We’ve been TTC for a while now and we haven’t tried any of the things that are supposed to help you. Does anyone have any success stories or have good information or suggestions on things to help?

I’ve tried pressed still in my TWW and Monday is when AF is supposed to rear her ugly head but keeping my fingers crossed. Only thing I can say about preseed it that it gave my a yeast infections.
