12 weeks and looks like 7 months😣

This is my 5th pregnancy...4 live births.... and I'm 12 weeks. I absolutely look like I'm 7 months...i don't even know if this is normal. I go to the Dr tomorrow for my blood/ gender tests and I'm so anxious to see if everything is ok. I'm really nervous and freaking out. You would think I would be a pro at this but I don't ever remember showing and being this big. I don't know how to feel. I am overweight and in the obese range so I'm assuming this has a part. So far I've gained 6lbs.... I'm hoping I can maybe diet but still give the baby the nutrients and vitamins that he or she needs... anyone else overweight or look big for their belly size.????
