If I smell or just worked out, yes. If not, I take my showers in the morning

Night, during the day or morning. I take one whenever I feel the need. I usually take at least 2-3 showers or baths a day. Most of the time if I’ve already had one that day and I’m feeling cold or need to deal with my anxiety I’ll hop in the hot bath or hot shower for about 10-15 minutes at a time. 
When I’m sick I’ll take shower after shower throughout the day. 
And no, my skin isn’t dry and flaky.😂 I use lotions and oils religiously. So I’ve not ever had an issue with dry skin really. Maybe my hands during the colder months, but that’s it really.
I just love hot water. Not sure if it’s an addiction or what though.🤔 Never really thought about it.
