Cervical check
I was so afraid of my first upcoming cervical check from reading so many negative comments and scary posts .. i understand everyone experience is different but from Mine personally today went super painless was hyped to b so painful and horrible but was the opposite ! It’s very very quick yes a little pressure for couple seconds and boom it’s over painless no bleeding after ! Go into it calm and breathe it’s not that serious !
