Never was a good sleeper, but...
So ladies I Will be honest: sleeping well has never been m'y strong suit. In m'y teens I could sleep the day off, but otherwise I rarely sleep more than 6 consecutive hours. If something stresses me or bugs me, I just dont sleep at all. Now I read all those posts of first semesters saying they would sleep half the time and this and that, it Gets me worried. I dont feel exhausted anymore than before being pregnant, but Im not having m'y 8h sleep either. Is it bad for the baby? I dont want to take any pills and risk to mess up fetal development...
