Do you think birth control causes or makes your anxiety worse ?

I’ve been on birth control for almost a year now and I’ve always had anxiety but I feel like the pill is making it worse.

it definitely can make your anxiety worse! that’s why its recommended to tell your doc if you have an issue with depression or anxiety

Ehh, it hasn’t made it “worse” for me. Buts it’s definitely added onto it for sure. Like it’s another thing for me to be anxious about.

It could.   Mine has been getting better however since getting back on birth control so sometimes I think it's just a matter of finding the right one.
