I think i’m crazy!! Feeling movements??

So i am 9w4 days and it’s with my first. i’m very tiny (not sure if that has nothing to do) and i fall asleep with my hand in the general area of my uterus every single night because it helps me sleep better. i always seem to have gas as i’m falling asleep but i just had the weirdest feeling and correct me if i’m sounding crazy but i felt this indescribable feeling !! i’ve been thinking about it and the best i can describe it is that it feels like a tooth pick being lightly dragged across a rigid surface! now i swear i am farther along than what they say because i am suppose to be about 11 weeks according to when i ovulate! but still can anyone describe this feeling? it was back and forth right in the center of my uterus i swear!! no pressury feeling at all! i’ve always been very in tune with my body so i know it’s different and baby related, but is it baby or stretching? it doesn’t hurt at all!

I’m going to my real baby doctor next wednesday so maybe i’ll get a better measure! my first ultrasound was done in less than ten minutes and was rushed 😬 idk im crazy!!! totally feeling crazy rn!
