Muscu plug ? 35weeks

Question

So last night after taking my shower, I have passed a big long (3-4cm) of what I think is my muscu plug... I show my fiancé and we laughed together because it was gross and on my hand . I didn’t take a picture but here is a picture of what he looks like. 
What should I do or expect from that ?? 
I have some bad back pain lately too.

You will loose it and it regrows only go to er if their is blood

The real plug usually has blood. Mine always comes out like this. Nearly every day actually. But my real plug always has blood. Thats why its called a bloody show.

Nothing. I've been losing little pieces since 33 weeks and lost a big piece last week. Unless there's blood, it means nothing because it'll grow back.

I remember this with my 1st. Never had bloody show, just chunks of my plug coming out over the course of a month. Went 8 days overdue and no blood at all till the instant I went into labor. It is possible!
