should i make the first move?

So i have a massive crush on a guy from work. i had a crush on him since 6 months ago but i always kept to myself and didnt think much of it till a few weeks ago. We don’t talk but its more of a “hey how are you” thing and thats all. He always smiles at me and we have eye contact all the time but wouldnt he come by to talk to me or ask for my number if he was interested? Im scared to make a move and get rejected :( anyone have any advice? thank u in advance!!
