Does anyone else get like severe hot flashes at night and have night sweats before your period or is it just me??? It’s so annoying!!

Are you on birth control?? This happened me for a few months on the wrong birth control for my body! I needed more estrogen because I was waking up in night sweats and I was always hot! Miserable 4 months
