Need advice

So my fiancé and i are both 20yrs old. I had a miscarriage back in August of 2017. (Previous relationship) We both want a baby. We work for the same company doing door to door sales and it seems lately that we’ve been seeing more and more babies and have been thinking about trying for our own. I know we are young but it’s something we both really want. If you were in this situation what would you do? Also we are moving in December with our job to Arkansas currently in Texas.
