Yogi Tea Soothing Caramel Bedtime Safe ?

Do any ladies know if Yogi, Bedtime Soothing Caramel is safe ? I'm Currently 30+5 & have drank this tea with Soy milk 3 times now. I didnt put much thought in it since my friend who knows so much about pregnancy gave me a cup & after I made it 2 other times, but now I'm a bit worried as I've heard tea isn't recommended during pregnancy.

I'd personally stay away from it, but I doubt you harmed your baby. I was more worried in my 1st trimester and of course I did several things then that I probably shouldn't have without thinking. If you're really bummed to be without it you could look up each ingredient to get a clear picture of what the potential harm is.
