What do I do to make it up to him? How do i show him I trust him?

So i have been talking to this guy and he happens to be my best guy-friend of three years so we’re really close and recently i broke up with a relationship and my guy bestie and I started hitting each other up. He asked me to hoco and since then it’s been a mess, we may have done a couple “things” and I was in a horrible mood and I really needed to tell him how I felt which was: I was having thoughts about him getting bored and leaving me or him just wanting to fuck then leave and I told one one his bestfriend s cause I know he knows him best and i just needed someone to talk to. The next day the guy I’ve been talking to says he’s lost all trust in me because why would he trust someone who doesn’t trust him, and I understand that but with everything that’s happened since I’m single all these guys have hmu just wanting to have sex and I had thoughts he would turn out like that. Now he has completely lost trust because he thinks I think he’s like all the other guys but I was in a bad mood and that thought happened. Now that I’m in a stable mood i understand he doesn’t just want to have sex but he doesn’t trust me and won’t believe me if I say I trust him. WHAT THE HECK DO I DO?!?!
