Puking gave me cramps?

I suddenly got nauseous and I threw up nothing but water and stomach acid. Now I have this extremely achy feeling, similar to period cramps really low in my belly. Has this happened to anyone else?

Definitely sounds like dehydration. I got the stomach flu at like 22/23 weeks and i threw up which made me dehydrated and i started getting contractions

Could it be a stomach bug? Had a really bad one recently that made me throw up and feel cramping for 6 hours. ( not like Braxton Hicks though) See if it keeps happening. But also track your cramps if it feels like period or tightening of your belly into a fist. Could be something more serious. Call the doctor once you have tracked a bit (1 hour)if no more throwing up. I had really bad Braxton Hicks yesterday and was worried I might need to go to labor and delivery due to the consistency. I just drank and put my feet up and it got better. Also make sure baby is moving normally. With both stomach bug and Braxton Hicks mine moved a ton.
