Possible trigger warning

Let me start by saying I'm sorry if this is the wrong group. I wasn't sure where to post it. I have been bleeding since Sept 7 and immediately went to the hospital and got a RhoGam shot and ultrasound. Everything was perfect. I've had multiple ultrasounds and they were all great. Baby was healthy. My doctor said it looked like old blood and my cervix is closed. I have another appointment this Friday. The bleeding slows and then picks up again. I have cramps and back pain. My nurse is saying because I'm "so small" I'll feel everything. This is not my first pregnancy, actually my 7th. I have 3 living children. My doctor brought up the possibility of a subchorionic hematoma and not to worry about it. My ultrasound didn't show one. I am able to just wear liners in my underwear, not a big pad. I am just curious if anyone else has been through anything like this because I never have.

This ultrasound was taken on Sept 14th.
