Nervous for ectopic

So I’m coming up on 8 weeks this Friday and will have an ultrasound but don’t know if I should go ahead and call my doctor about this- for the past day or two I’ve had pain in my hip like the socket where it connects to my leg and lower back pain that almost feels like it’s just really tight and needs to be stretched good. No bleeding or severe cramping but I do get some uncomfortable pain on the same side of my hip sometimes (I’m thinking it could be another cyst)

Does everything sound okay?
